Those shops in the Lane of the CD Sellers rite !...........almost all of em are unauthorised dealers and not worth it. 1)Furtados.......near Metro 2)Bhargavas.......near Metro(xactly opp furtados) 3)Albertos (ask for dias) A luthier in Malad 4)Peter pereira (thane) Not worth it 5)www.bajaao.com only places where u could find genuine stuff even if its not authorised.But ull be rest assured of after support.....atleast bhargavas is pretty good in support........Hope it helps(for adress search arnd they have been posted quite a number of times on the board)
Dunno anything about Shalu. Chk out Furtados, opposite Metro Adlabs (formerly Metro Cinema), VT. and Bhargavas Music Store at Kalbadevi.
Shalu Music at D.N. Road is an authorised dealer for Marshall amps, Fender Amps, Many other amps. They also stock guitars. Yamahas, J&d and others. Boss pedals too. They have tons of recording equipment by M-Audio, Behringer, Edirol, Shure, etc. Moreover, they are fully licensed retailers. I know this because I know the distributors for most of their products personally. Cheers.
Also I would NOT recommend Bhargava's at Metro. I've been to his store loads of times and always had the feeling that he's looking to rip you off. 35k for a standard mexican strat? He can suck my balls. I think you should contemplate either Furtado's or Bajaao.com. Furtado's prices are great nowadays and hopefully Bajaao can match those. Peace.
I'm thinking of a Yamaha, Squier or Washburn .. model depending on my budget (Which is low around 10-11 ) Amp I would go for marshall/roland .. will think of processor later .. any suggestions ?
