the value for life in india is zero and the general courtesy and discipline of people is zero. Here in the US if someone ehars an ambulance in the distance they immedietely move to the corner to make way. people stop at stop signs even at midnight. last winter when I was in India, I was near an intersection in bangalore, a firetruck was trying to get into the busy road from a side street, with all its sirens blasting, and not one person was willing to stop and let it in. thats the courtesy and respect for life that people have.
