Most underrated guitarist?

Secondly.. I'm all out doing Reseach on MEgadeth.. I should complete that first.. Finished DT..

 

Yeah, Jayanth, you have been quite hipe about Megadeth for a few days now. When i first joined IGT, you weren't so interested in them. Maybe then, you were still researching on DT.

 

Well... i wouldn't say I know all my favourite artists inside out. But the ones I idolize (Iron Maiden Blind Guardian, DT, Steve Vai etc... ), them I do a lot of research on.

 

I use dt olisten to Megadeth from Day one iof IGT and Also DT. but i didnt mention much.. I print out so much stuff. Maybe someday i'll gift that book to someone..

 

Jani Liimatainen... He's good. And doesn't receive the fame he deserves. In fact Sonata Arctica the band is very underrated.

 

Yhea i like them though..

 

For me maybe Shawn Lane was another underrated guitarist. .Seem him in GIR .. And i fell down..

 

Never been to any GIRs...

What SA albums/songs do u like?

 

I have a few song which have ID3 as Untitled auntitles.. And Names as Track 01 , Track 02... Any idea which Album??

Mike McCready and Jerry Cantrell are really great personalities in guitar music

sultans of swing has the most underrated solo.
mark is underrated .

 

chris impelliteri, joe stump and shawn lane.

 

Ritchie Blackmore and Jimmy Page. They are considered real greats but that's still under rating. I dont think any rating would be appropriate for them.

Also Josh Homme from Qosta, he is a great player!
