This is going to be my last poem for a long time now (I hope) as the exams begin on 5th April.Anyways,this is yet another simple poem I really wanted to make and what better time than 2 days before the exam right?I hope its good. Mirror! Mirror! On the wall.. She looks into the mirror To see her old self, And eventhough she takes Pride in herself it hurts her to see her wrinkled self. She knows each wrinkle, Is an experience learnt, Each gray hair,is just a sign of each worry burnt. Yet,she can't deny the wish to be small and young, the good 'ol days when she could make heads turn. She says "Mirror!Mirror!On the wall, Obviously,you lie, I know that I am young, And I fail to know why you even try." And like a miracle, she sees, A young girl in the mirror, She looks a lot like her, but an awful lot sweeter. For moments she goes blank, Hardly believing its true, And then she hears her say, "Grandma,dinner's ready.We're waiting for you". She fakes a smile and nods a reply, But her soul conceals a silent cry, As she leaves she can't help but say, "Mirror!Mirror! on the wall, You hurt me and make me cry, And all I ever wanted was, For you to just lie."

In that case,post as many as you can when you do visit,because all of the ones you just posted are really good.. My exams were surprisingly too easy...thank god and every1 who prayed for me!! *hides jealousy*
