Mapping sa re ga ma to western notes

    there r sapta swaras, and 12 shrutis in hindustani and carnatic taought by most modern teachers.
    but in carnatic they have this r1 r2 r3 scheme... just nomenclature.
    
    as i mentioned before.. take example of baar baar haan in C,
    notes go like 
    baar baar haan,  Bolo yaar haan
    C  C  E  E   F      C   C Eb Eb  Bb

    Raag Tiluk Kamod.. does anyone know what notes are in that scale?. ive just heard that song from the movie khuda kay liyey and the root note seems to be C..and fits in quite well with the C major scale. can someone please confirm that?!!
