well said man...i echo ur thoughts.....just imagine the PM of our country as a "kathputli"...... i also wrote in PM's site (most probably in vain) and said that the quota system can only be implemented on the basis of income level and nothing else(if required ie)......
That will not work out at all...There are so many Doctors who pay about Rs.2000 per annum as income tax but they are earning about 2 Lacs a month..If you look at the documented income level, then the system is still doomed...
But atleast it gives a hope. + You can blow whistle on such tax evaders. Incase of surnames, no such thing is possible.
