Brilliant chords by sheermelody! Everyone can recognise the C F and G initially. The bridge seemed a bit challenging.

My take on the bridge is that the Fm comes before the Ab and how about
an Em instead of E7 ?
So like this...

Jab bhi kabhi - C
Papa mujhe - Em
Jo zor se - Am (or F? )
jhoola - Fm
jhulate they - Ab
Maa - C
