Luka Chuppi - Rang De Basanti - Full cover

I dont know why I am so obsessed with this song. I get goosebumps everytime I listen to it..

Finally, my dream came true when I finished recording this. Its incredibly hard to sing at Rahman's high pitch. Try it and you will know how good he is. I am no where near rahman... he one of a kind and no one can beat him.

I added a lick in the begining because I really love those notes. Also, I added a little thing like "Re ga re ga, sa sa sa, sa ni dha pa ma ga ma ga re" at the end that I extracted from the alaap. I wish I was classically trained...

I dedicate this effort to my mom.

Dawg, i loved it be, put it right there brotha, the vocals were a little low volume and the high pitches you were clearly a bit struggling, but it was wonderful! Reps for you muh man.

I know... i need some practice on the vocals. I can sing pretty well without the guitar, but when I sing along with the guitar, I mess up big time... Although, i have recorded 2 seperate tracks, but still when I have those big headphones on my ears I can't hear what I am singing ... well, thank you very much for your feedback.

need strumming instruction

Good effort. Your strumming is well done. I have seen your previous post on the strumming where you say it is DUDUD UDU D U. How does this go for each chord? If you could post a slower strum file and some instruction then that would be great. Thanks.

 

Hi vikalpa, I just figured out the original strumming pattern. Its quite easy... My full cover recording has different strumming pattern.
