Looking for Chords- Aoge Jab Tum Saajana.. -Jab We Met

Hi Guys,

I am lloking for the chords for the song Aoge Jab Tum o Saajana... from the movie Jab We Met... if anybody has figured them out culd you please post them here.

As far as I could figure out the first part of it is in F#
Thats about as far as I could get....
