Looking for a new guitar and amp budget $850 for combined

    im looking for a new guitar and amp.
    budget is not more than $850 guitar and amp combined.
    needed for heavy/melodic/thrash/ metal
    do NOT suggest a fender strat

    thats the best wat u can get and its quite a good deal..wat say? guys.

    and as for the guitar..

    I've played it...on a crappy Fender amp (30 watt I think) with KORG3000AG ...it ROCKED :)

    go for ibanez 470 dxqm and u willl love ittt believe me this guitar is better than some other high end guitar and for guitar amp go for a peavey tube amp go to guitar center they will help u

    go for anything and fit it with EMG H1/HZ actives. Every guitar sounds the same through them.

    Get a valveking , an me-50 ..save some more cash and get a decent ibanez rg or an ltd ..Either way,you will have to swap the pups to emgs ...If you can live without effects ,get an ltd mh 400 n valveking..that il sound great for metal..
