lil girl on the road in the rain smiles even though she is in pain her eyes are red yet she's smilin inside she feels the frustration piling when she sees nobody's around she lets her tears drop to the ground while they mingle with the water she seats herself in a dark quater wishing someone would come over she hugs herself tighter drownin in her memories she smiles at the butterflies and the bees then she looks at the bubbles wipes her tears..forgetting troubles when the heavy rain turns to drizzling a guy passes her whistling he smiles at her ..she turns he makes a face and walks on tears well up again she dabs at em..removin the stains with all her efforts in vain she smiles ..this time at the rain and the same thing repeats again every year, during every rain lil girl on the road in the rain goes home with no tears and no pain lil girl on the road in the rain smiles even though she's in pain lil girl on the road in the rain goes home with no tears and no pain..
very good wirting .. the simplcity of expressions often gives poems more thoughts than it was concived for ... kuddos to the lil girl for maintaning the simplicity. Keep posting would love to hear more from you.
