Obviously. Edit - I'd look for an amp with an effects loop if you're using time based effects (delay, chorus, reverb and some others.) And btw... If you're not into clean playing with your band/don't need loud cleans (like most rock and metalheads out there), that amp is THE thing (people who play only cleans, like me, will need higher watt tube amps...so I happen to be saving up for a BE3 Powerhouse 50 -.-'). You might need an OD/dist pedal with it for extreme stuff.
