Thx Vini - u r a true fan indeed! The scale I guess is B major given that is the chord in which the song starts. C'mon dudes let's have more feedback - I thought there would be lots more interest in this song.
Nice chords...really some usual chords progression...this song can be categorized either on scale E or on scale C#m.
Thx for the feedback dudes. Indeed Old is Gold. The testimony is that even after 30-40 years people remember these songs.
hi surmayee, nice song, i just love this song and i always include this song in my performances. but i play in the key of C and not B. brother are you sure about the B key? i have checked it now also and it is again coming out to be C7 and not B7. you make a check plz,i am writing down what i play. for the synth prelude (initial intro),i play Cadd9 1st verse C7---------C----Bb---C7----------C---Bb- Roop tera mastanaa pyaar mera dewaana C7-------------C---------------Gm-- Bhool kabhi humse na ho jaye then play the following: e------------------- B--2s3b------------ G--------5p3h5----- D------------------ A------------------ E------------------ 2nd verse Gm------------------F-------- Raat nashilee mast samma hai -----Bb-------------C----- Aaj nashe me sara jahan hai C7---------------------------------C-C7-C-C7 Haay sharabi mausam behakaye ye ye ye regards, Souman
Hi Souman I have looked at your chords . Whilst I tabbed a semitone lower (B) your chords are not too dissimilar to mine in relative terms. I would however suggest the following changes to your chords. Strumming is very important for the quick changes between C7 and C. Chords should be played as indicated above the lyrics. Let me know what you think. 1st verse C7---C---Bb----Gm-C7---C-----Bb---Gm- Roop tera mastanaa pyaar mera dewaana C7---C--------------Bb--Gm-- Bhool kabhi humse na ho jaye e------------------- B--3h4po3------------ G----------5-3-5----- 2nd verse Gm--Bb------------F-------- Raat nashilee mast samma hai Gm-Bb-------------C7----- Aaj nashe me sara jahan hai Cadd9-----------------------C-C7-C-C7 Haay sharabi mausam behakaye ye ye ye
