kicking start with bass guitar???

    hi all guitarists, i do hav sm basic knowledge abt acoustic guitar but i want to start of with a bass.sm of my friends who play guitar tell me that learn an acoustic well then go ahead with a bass? wats ur opinion?

    tel me this also do we get acoustic bass guitar in india?? if possible in chennai

    Acoustic bass will sound too weak.
    Get electric one, and learn on it.

    acoustic bass suxx......i mean unless u are trying to audition for da the eagles dun go for it..........buy an electric bass tell us ur budget we will recommend u da bass in da range.........

    hmm okty. well abt the guitar i aint ready for anything big lik the ibanez and others. i thought gb&a bass was decent for thr price of 7k.? wat abt givson its for 5k is it worth it??
