Hi, I am telling the way i do it. if you know keyboard you can play the song on it and note down the key names in EADGBE form and also get a idea of pitch.
Well you c, i have a keyboard but my sis plays it, she was bragin bout how she wantd to play some songs, and i went thru the site and showd her this page, she didn't understand a thing ! Then you can note down EADGBE notes and your sis can play them on keyboard.You can find the daigram on any keyboard site about which key is E and which key is A and so on..

how do you translate from s s m m n etc... to EADGBE? Is there a note for note comparison anywhere? What is the s s m n system?
