Vini, the reason I did that was because of the close positioning of notes an XXXX looked like 10101010. I thought that was more confusing as it looked like a 1 0 1 0 ... (Fret 1 and open string). Since I did it for 10 I was looking for a short cut for 12. Fortunately the : struck my mind
