1st of all..this aint a frustration outlet....just a msg to freshers to decide wht they wanna do job sucks, life sucks, wife doesnt suck......rants of a typical sw engg... if u think ur job suxx...post here with the reason...tht y it sucks... ill start why I hate my job. 1. Its monotonous 2. Too mny restrictions...sm crappy GE security policy (cant surf, cant use messngers etc) 3. No music...and some dudes dont even have admin previledges on their machines.. 4. u hav to wear formals 4 days a week 5. No subsidised food (atleast in my organisation) 6. The worst point...u have to fill time sheets....yup document everthing what u do in a day...say u wrk for 8.5 hrs then tell fill a sheet on the company Intranet tht wht did u do in those 8.5 hrs...and if u dont complete them u might miss the sal.. the bloody management doesnt want wrk to be done...they just want u to complete the damn timesheets....wtf
I could have expected such half witted comments from you. No big deal, no surprises. 1. Most of the jobs are monotonous - it is the bane of industrial revolution - a person is supposed to do the same job beacause he gets better doing the same thing again n again 2. Restrictaion are there in most of the jobs, u ae not working in your own enterprise 3. Music? Admin? why? 4. U have to wear formals everywhere. HEck, even models have to wear formals most of the time in their work 5. Subsidised food? Now you aretalking like an unskilled worker in a union who is getting paid "peanuts" 6. Filling time sheets is important for the management to track their costs n resources.
my job sucks uni student spend the hlaf the day in class n when am back got to reviz all the crap they teached only sunday n sat r ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my favorites got some time for myself
and the irony of life is that all crappy jobs are available in abundance.. u pick times ascent or the likes and more than half of it would be full of IT/Software job opportunities and the rest part with bpo job ads.. :Laughing: but i dont think IT only is to be blamed..today most of the deskjobs are like this :annoyed:
nope the non-desk jobs are also ... either menial or mundane ask me ... i have worked in oil refinery ...
well that is what we all used to think when we were at school - that college will be better ... then at college we thought job will be better ... right now i think we all are idiots who refrain ourselves from enjoying the day just in hope of a more enjoyable tomorrow ... unfortunately that tomorrow never comes ... right now i think even better than school are those pre-nursery or toddler days ... really ... i suppose u wont say the same :grin: i know ...
Very true....the same kind of opinion is going to be around till retirement i think... I mean the feeling that the next thing would be better.....
yeah .....school and college days are the best days........but my uni suxxxxxxx...........quizzes , assignment ,, midterms ,,finals ,,,,,,,,,,,yukkkkkkkkkk...............
