half our popular members are gone for good.
and the ones who are around dont post much anyway.

so i ask -- is IGT over moderated??

has IGT banned/warned more members than was good was IGT .

 

make me the mod of IGT.. n give me all powers.. i will redefine IGT..

@topic ~ offcourse IGT is overmoderated. now that most of the regular post-makers are banned, there's hardly anything to moderate. but still it is overmoderated in the sense that our new mod is moderating his own posts - deleting posts he didn't mean to write but did and not to mention his double thread he made and deleted. and since he still has ample time left, he warns newbies of not writing [req] in the topic of tabs request threads. now this is what i call over-moderating. lol.

I think this is for the better.

Only the relevant things and topics are on these days. The way it should've been. IGT is no longer the site for just time pass and chit chat.


On the other hand:
Those banned members, they cribbed because of "arbitness" of the admin. LOL If you ever chance to visit their site, you will realise what a bunch of immature kids they all are, and it is for the good of IGT that they are gone.

our admin was sick of the sucking and idiotic posts...
and all this had to be done. spamming was spreading like plague.
now only decent members present on igt,and relevant topics.

and neo was gud enough to ban people for sum time at first, but when people refused to change he started banning them permanently.

then when warning also became useless, he introduced one strike policy

though it is harsh , but it was needed.
sticky is gone now(nice fellow),


as soon as new registrations open we expect new members, and maybe more frequent postings

 

Though I think few members who were banned shouldn't have been, not because of past deeds.
I dont believe in that crap.

I believe more in stock market manner.

Few of those members really had a good future potential of posting relevant things.

No IGT is not over moderated. I agree with alpha1; when I joined not so long ago, there was a lot of good discussion, and there still is. I don't know what you people miss so much.

Yes some members have been banned due to personal tiffs with the admin, but then he/she is the admin, so use some discretion (and common sense).

 

i agree. good b2t and all those other shitty friends of his got banned. and now they're trying to create a revolution :RollLol: devilish shouldn't have been banned, the 'at this moment you are..' thread is so incomplete without his smoking :

igt is not being over moderated, but is being over abused and
over spammed,
now whatever has happened has happened ,u can't help it.
ur rebellious posts or threads won't bring them back


so don't create a rebellious enviornment here at igt

if half of the popular members are gone ,why don't u try becoming popular(a golden opportunity).
