Dude, there appears to be some tempo difference between hi-fi and lo-fi versions.

Did you record in non-41000Hz sample rate?

I recorded at [strike]41000hz[/strike] (WTF??) 48000Hz.

How does this disparity occur?

 

You mean 44100 Hz, this disparity occur when using a different sample rate, other then 44100 and it could happen also if you use other kinds of mp3 encoders, if i'm not wrong the 2 recommended encoders are, lame mp3 and Fraunhofer!

 

No I'm sorry, I meant 48000Hz. The kx drivers are set to that by default. Encoded in lame 3.97

Yes i know, but if i was you, try recording at 44100 Hz and upload the song again, maybe your prob will be solved!

 

The soundclick page specifically says that the recording should be done at 44100Hz sampling rate, otherwise teh online playback will differ from original :

make sure u allow pop up from soundclick

 

I got firefox and ma pop ups aite allowed...God knows what the problem is.
