Hey Guys .... Iam in need of opinion from IGTians u are in Software industry ... Which company is better to join as a FRESHER : INFOSYS or HCL-Technologies. Do post your comments if u have correct knowledge .. :help: Thanks in advance ..
Okhay 2 threads were created somewhat related to infosys, hcl and tcs. Hmm..i dont have much of xp and know how of s/w jobs but as far as i've heard,,Infosys is better as per the quality of worklife but i've heard that they dont pay much to freshers Ok..better wait for more replies..i hope wizard would've helped u..but guess hez away.
Infy. Just live up with the fact taht you wil have to live on pittance for one year. but thats it. Infy's training is supposed to be very good. almost like a diploma. That will make all the diff later. After one year, just move on. No need to stick.
To be FRANK .. everywhere its crap .. any company u r in .. but brand value matters .... As i know HCL will give a better pay ... And did u mention TCS ...... Don't even think of joining that place .. its the worst place for anyone ... and more than horrible for freshers ...... those jerks are too bad .. Infy has the brand value ....... And regarding facilities ... ya infy is kinda better ...... If u wanna do MBA or somthing go for Infy ... it carries some value ........ Lots of guys in ma comapny r still around coz of the name ...... So on the whole i would recomend Infy ...
