India close downs Arab TV Channels

Guys I have just heard this and want to know if it is true.

'Under pressure from Israel, India closed down all of its Arab TV channels.'

 

hey waleed as far as i know we dont get these arab channels in the first place. atleast not in the capital of india where i live

 

India does not beam any arab channels nor can Israel dictate poilcies for India.

 

Dunno, since our cable operators dont beam it.
But it is reported that high-end hotels have stopped 'em under govt orders.
(security threat)

Although certain sources claim Israel Lobby's hand.

We get absolutely no information on such subjects by our Zionist controlled media.

My fear is that India may be expsoed to a single point of view too.

You have always remained fair and balanced on the middle east issue.
But obviously swaying the opinions of over a billion people is vital for Israel.

i have watched them sometimes when there is nothing on TV.

 

i have not seen any Arab channels here on my TV.

That's not the point. Not a lot of people listen to rock music(comparing to the majority) but how would you feel if they banned VH1?

 

still..
number of people listening to vh1 or other music channels shd be more than that of those channels..
i dont think we have many viewers of these channels here..

however, banning or un-banning is irrelevant,depends on the ppl..

thats why i said,,banning starplus shd be something.
