I used a rosewood Strato-copy by an unknown manufacturer called 'Skylark' ...

For the effects I used an old old Zoom 4040 Player Pro and the little brother of amateur guitarists - the Zoom 505 II

Soundforge for mixing and editing, and a nifty little software called HammerHead for the drum-tracks (the drum tracks are just to hold the fort though ... they sound very unauthentic and plain - i know )

It is important to set the line-in volume properly to avoid unwanted distortion ... and use clean lines to keep humming away (I usually solder together my own cables)

okay guys, this is my attempt at 'opeth'ish metal. the lyrics and the singing were kinda rushed, well basically everything was rushed.... and the outcome is a little choppy. the solo too wasnt composed but sort of improvised. anyway, this is what ive got to offer. hope u enjoy it.

Ps: hope it doesn sound like a ripoff.

admins, i'd really want the deadline to be extended. i havnt been able to do something i like. plus i had to go to the UK for some emergency. now im back in Canada, so i'd record something this week ! i'd understand if ur not able to extend it, coz the show must go on !!

 

Not Possible .. cuz then its not fair for others .. i hope u understand.
