I got 8.5 k... gimme a good 2nd hand guitar.

Hey,

I've got 8,500, and at the most I can extent it to 10,000. Can any one get me some good 2nd hand standard guitar? I'm up for Tansen or Tulsi, but they have to be good quality.

Or should I wait for a while more and collect 15,000 ish?

Right now I have Givson GS1000, and Marshall MG15DFX.

 

Wait for 15K.. I will give you all setup required.. OK.. Since you have a great amp you can wait..

7ish, some 6 months ago. I got it from Pune and I knew nothing then.

 

i have a gibson epiphone strat model with a floyd rose...thinking of selling it...for around 10-11k. bought just an yr ago.
its gud if u r more of a blues/rock guitarist.
tell me if ur interested to know more.

 

Since you are making an investment, i would recommend you to wait for 15k (like jayanth said) and buy a really good guitar... no point in buying an avg quality now and 5-7 yrs down the road having to buy another better one.

Also, buy the guitar which suits the sort of music you will play... I usually prefer metal which tends to be a bit melodic and somewhat heavy or power or speed and rarely thrash... So, I bought myself an Ibanez prestige Vai model...

If you prefer finger picking and rock n roll or something like that you should buy fender strat. Gibson usually caters to all needs but its expensive.

No, I decided I'm gonna wait long enough and collect 25ish, I want to get the Epiphone Goth SG. Untill, then I'll do little tweaks here and there for my givson.

Get a new Tansen for 8000 bucks....i got one...very good!!!!! i dont see the point in getting an effects processor when u have an amp with great distortion.....if u have 15k, buy a fender strat

 

Fender Strat for 15k?? Bugged.. Anyways Tansen Closed Factory last year.. So No More Good Indian Electric guitars..

 

You'll probably won't even get a mexican fender for that price.

 

YOu will get an Indian Strat.. or a Ferdor Strat(I saw one yesterday)..
