its simple man. Jus open the profile of the person u wanna give the points to, then below somewhere on the page you can see his points, and nex to it theres a link "Donate", thats it and you are done
Go to the person's profile, and click donate, and give him yer points. That's what i do basically, i dont know if there's an alternate method. Works for me, so no problem.
