how to strum the chord pattern?

    suppose this is the pattern given...

    F............Dm....C................
    pehla nasha,pehla khumar,
    F............Dm....C................
    naya pyar hain,naya intezaar
    Bb.............................F...,Bb............ ....C
    karlu main kya apna haal,ae jile bekarar
    Bb................F......,C.............
    mere dile bekarar ,tu hi bata....


    how do i do the strumming... is it one strum for each of the chords given ... or is it continuous strumming of a chord untill the next chord is reached???

    it wld be more clear to me if u post a recorded sample along with the song's chord pattern..

    pehla nasha,pehla khumar
    i guess it means continuous strumming of a chord till the next chord is reached.....but it tells u nothing about the strumming pattern......go to the link i have posted.....it will help u a lot in understanding what a strumming pattern is......

    hey sultan... does sustaining the chord differ in each song?
