plz search the following Guitar Gear Talk Forum & Computer Forum and you'll find the threads related to pc-guitar interface etc,.
ps-you can search in the apt forum and im sure u'll get the most of what you want, thats a faster method than creating a thread and waiting for reply
first put a wire in ur guitar...then put the other end of the wire to the MIC or LINE IN input in ur PC
^^^^^ Add+ Use the required convertors.. Size of the guitar output jack and the input jack of the sc are different..
Insert guitar JACK into computer LINE in
and connect speakers to OUTPUT.
Use Virtual amplifiers for example :-
Guitar Box FX 2.6
Use google.com to search for DOWNLOAD link.
two important things
the cord that you use has two quarter inch ends. use a quarter inch to EP converter on the end u plug into your PC.
secondly, if you plug in the guitar directly, always plug it into the MIC port and NEVER in the LINE IN port. the line in port is for amplified signals. u wont hear anything, or at best a very faint signal.
Check if you are using an od sound card.. If so check the input impedence...
And how do we do that??? Whats impedance anyway... I read sumthing abt it in physics textbook, but who listens to school books ....
Go ask your Pretty Little teacher...
Nothing just dont bother about the impedence Just connect it..
get a good sound cfard before u do anything .. On board stuffs suck big time ......
not all, but most.
