    hi ronnie

    how is the rocktron tsunami chorus
    pawn shop on sunset was selling one for 40 bucks used but didnt consider it cause of my boss ensemble;
    is it any good with a clean tone? and how does it sound chained up?

    Rocktron Tsunami Chorus is damn good. It's excellent for clean as well as dirt. I use it mainly with distortion. Chorus is part of my regular distortion sound. It's pretty natural and doesn't colour up the tone a lot except adding a bit of clean low end without mud. This is one of the main reason, why this chorus is on all the time. It adds that extra bit of bass which my distortion cannot drive without mud. Try it out and I am sure you wont regret. If you want the best stomp box chorus, then you should look at Analog Man Clone Clone, Carl Martin Chorus or Maxon CS9 Pro. All these are $200 plus. I own the Maxon CS9 Pro too but it hasn't reached me yet. So I can tell you about it after I have it with my in another 10 days. But for $90, Tsunami Chorus is damn good. For $40 that's a steal. Go grab it.

    The original EH Clone is damn good. The re-issue is decent but nothing near the original EH clone chorus. In fact Analogman's Clone Clone is a rendition of the EH Clone original with some improvements. Maybe that's why it's the best in the market.

    Is there that much of a difference between the original and reissue? God, then the original must the f*cking awesome.

    And i heard soundclips of analogman's clone chorus,great but too much $$$ for me.....:(
