I dont sleep much...4 hrs max. I have a friend who sleeps for 18hrs on weekends and still feels sleepy...!
I sleep for approx 7.5 to 9.5 hours. And that pretty much does it for me. Amount of sleep requried depends on your thyroid gland activity and amount of physical work you do.
I sleep 7-9 hours, i think thats enough, at least for me! 7 hours in the workweek and 9 hours in the weekends!
I do. When I have to go to that friggin' city known by the name of Mumbai. Sleep at ~0100, wakeup at ~0500, to be present there by ~0900. Almost equal to you admin.
well i sleep abt 3.5 - 5 hours. i sleep at around 12 and wake up at 4:30 well u know researches have shown that sleep is not needed, but still. i don't seem to be able to do without sleep. what abt others
^ Aha! Really? Sleep not needed? Atleast give some links to the research ... You brain requires sleep to categorise/organise data collected by your senses during the period you are awake. Your body requires sleep inorder to rebuild all the damaged cells/tissues. Your endocrine system requires sleep inorder to secrete certain hormones that are effective only when your body is resting.
i read a book by deepak chopra titled 'restful sleep' i also came to know that the various processes simply speed up during sleep.but they happen continuosly even when ur awake.
and i have a friend , who has not slept for the last three years, and he is perfectly ok, has a gud memory and is very active. he is a living proof
