Its all "sociologically contextual".

What is considered romantic in Latin / Latin american countries would be considered totally perverted in India.
And what is considered perverted in Middle East would be absolutely normal between partners in the US!

Its a BullScat concept brought in by the prudes. (= majority of the population, and THUS, the social context)
