I just bought one (for practice purpose). Don't know which wood, neck and bridge but it has 4 pick ups. It doesn't have a very nice look and a ok finishing, though the best of all is it's sound. It was sounding better than chinese made Kramer, J&D, Fender and even Ibanez. Question is how long these stay. An year or even 6 months is good for me. Experts, pls comment.
Well, BC Rich guitars are very nice sounding (for metal, of course) but their build quality is, more often than not, pathetic to say the least. Otherwise, I've heard a lot about Givson guitars...I own a G150 accoustic, which is pretty nice for learning (but 17 frets suck eggs)...and an experienced bass playing friend of mine owns a Givson bass...so I guess electrics must be good. (But how on earth can a guitar have FOUR pickups?! O_O Maybe they're two humbuckers? -.-)
4200 INR. I can see 4 pick ups, may be 2 humbuckers (don't know wat it is). Anyways but any answer to the original question. do they stay long? I dont wanna waste if it cannot live for 6 month to an year.
I bought my Grason for 3k,it sucks ass. Positive + Stayed In tune for 3 months + Doesn't lose intonation + Awesome Fretboard...(Prolly PLYWOOD.ROFL!!) Negative - VERY VERY FUGLY SOUND! - NOISE!! - BUZZING - Tone Controls do not work - Pickups fall inside the guitar
^dunno bout urs but my guitar rocks n approved by my teacher... just one of it's kind, none other tht i hv seen until now.
Mine is/WAS one of a kind..except for the sound part....Grasons have amazingly good fretboards.. -_- And it will come very well for a year if you maintain it properly
well i'm a learner here.....and mine is J & D made.....and its about 8-9 months old...costed me around 2800 with cover...sound is pretty good and still as good as new.....
