woah, don't go around breaking young boys hearts :-* I wasn't a big fan of the song on the whole....In my opinion, it was a bit generic. Psh, bad choice of words....what I mean to say is that the only thing that really makes me sit up and take notice of the song is your voice which is absolutely beee-yooo-tiful here. I don't know if this is a compliment or a put-down...a bit of both perhaps. In that sense I liked Green Lagoon a lot even though I don't doubt Him would sell more tickets to your shows. Lovely work, I'm just being picky because you're good <3 Your voice has really improved since what I first remember....are you also using better equipment? What chords are you playing? Is it just G with B,C,G,F# in the bass or are you actually changing from G to C to G to D?

hey guys...sorry for the delayed reply! I've been away for a week. Thankyou all for listening and giving me feedback bjr - haha "generic" - here I was happy with the fact that I've churned out something normalish sounding. not intentionally though. I always think my stuff is too "weird". to be honest I think this track worryingly sounds like a Lifehouse song haha. again unintentional obviously. Anyhoo - fair enough if it's not your cup of tea! The lyrics are very lovey dovey - it was a spur of the moment thing - at 3am - mushy time hehe. ok sorry for blabbering - thankyou for listening! (il get back to you about the chords!). As for equipment - I've been using the same for some time - it turns out ok when I bother to make it sound half decent i guess light - I use Audacity - it's freee yay Anyhoo thankyou so much again. wonderful to come back to all this
So I guess it's you that's improved loads and not your equipment. I'd love to hear this with Piano instead of guitar....and perhaps a slide guitar alongside at places but you've already said you're not going to rework this. And I've started liking this a lot more than I did the first time I heard it...perhaps the change into a rather emo phase helped.
