hi guys, I can play almost any song's lead on my guitar. but struggling with chords. I know all the chords I have learnt them , but how to play the chords in a rhythmic manner suiting to a particular song. please help guys. thanks in advance.. :beer:
u can play any song's lead....yeah right!! newayz,i didnt get ur question...if ur having strumming and rhythm difficulties I suggest u check out bandbaajas articles in the tutorials section. oh yeah..welcom to IGT!! :beer:
for starters your going to have to go back to basics. invest in a metronome and start playing rhythm only forget the leads. once you get an idea on the rhyhtm your solos and lead play will improve tenfold by itself.
i guess steelstrings & me meant 2 say we can figure out the melody.. definitely not able 2 play any songs lead.. lolz.. u r smart !!! :shock:
hi dude i will give u a good suggestion for ur question cause i faced the same prob few days ago so as u said u can play any of the leads so u are familear with notetions such as c,d,e,f,g,a,b,c ie in hindi sa,re,ga,ma,pa,dha,ni,sa. here s a guide if u got sa or c as ur main noetin ur lead then u can use then cmajor chord if u got re or d as ur main noetin ur lead then u can use then d minor chord if u got e as ur main note then u can use again use c major if fasmain note then f chord if g as main chord then again its c major if a then a minor if b then g 7 chord and again c major for sa thi is on the baises of the reason y to use the chord in a song y not any other these r only few chords on notetion of the first position or the c scale notes ther r other chords option with the notetions depending which suits the song try it out &if u dont believe me i can give u some examples too my dear ur friend manoj :rockon:
