mi comp is screwed plz help

hi mi comp is screwed whenever i click on file,edit,view or nything it leaves a white mark sorta thingie.plz temmi wots happening

 

Dunno. Happens sometimes with Y! Messenger.

 

its been happening since 3-4 days on mi comp :cry1: :cry2:

 

..ya..happens to me..in Y! messy..:cry2:..
You can try cleaning the temporary files..And deleting all the caches..:
And don't load too many programs on the ram..!!

 

Try setting your color depth to 32-bit. Maybe that will do something.

 

its always been on 32-bit

 

I always set it to 16-bit coz that reduces load on the graphics card.

 

i cud not see any "white mark sorta thingie" ... :think:

what i implied by previuos post is that i want u to mark the place distinclty using MS paint ... i still cannot see anything amiss with the desktop ... other than a blurred picture kept as desktop background ...

My b u Graphics Card needs to be changed...

 

if it was only couple days ago..why dont u restore your system to couple days earlier..it mite not have a couple days earlier option but it will have a months option..that is IF your running XP
Click on start > All Programs > accessories >System Tools > System Restore.

hey lavu i got your prob -
it seems u have played around with the Display properties -> Appearance ... havent you ? ...

the prob is that one the font u specified may be causing it ...
second the backgrounds u have put donot match with the backgrounds generated by the font ... again prob with the font ...

no need to do anything drastic like system restore ... u first try to use the default Win XP theme ... see if things are restored to normalcy ...

lol duno i just had a wallpaper of john on mi desktop and i did do sum changes on the screen reso n stuff
