k....thanks a lot for ur replies bout my previous query....i also wanted to know how do i manually tune my guitar cos im a lil confused....is it dis way dat only the third string is to be tuned on the third fret n the rest on the fifth fret......or have i got it all wrong.....?! cos my guitar sounds like anything but tuned!! plz help!!!
third string on the forth fret not third... ... ther are other methods.. but I suggest stick to this for now... dont worry it may take some time to learn to tune....at times a bit frustrating too.
^Meh, dont want to be a total n00b, but i suggest you use a tuner initially to get it right. And as you go on and on, you can learn to reduce your dependency. If you start by ear, there are chances you might tune it a half step or whole step down and not know the difference. My 2 cents, upto you.
