definitely not... i've been playing for soo long..almost 4 yrs ..but i'm still good for nothin..

 

Definitely, dedication is more important than time.

Its how much of those years you actually practiced is what matters. You can buy a guitar, learn for a year and stop. Just because you fiddle with it the every rare now and then doesn't make you a better player.

Makes this poll sound pretty pointless, huh? ;-)

play soloist, but acoustic only, luv Slash!
part of a half band, though we jam only on weekends.

I just wanted to know how many here actually do play something. Some may be visiting for the lyrics, some cz they are planning to learn one, and so on and so forth.
