Hey guys, I'm currently working on a neural networks project to identify songs. I wanted some info on beats. The project requires sampling a audio stream, but I need to know how many times a second I should sample it. here are some questions that'll help me. 1. How many times per second do you normally play a beat? I know this is a hard question as it depends on song to song, but a general idea would be good. 2. In table they have notations like 12/6 etc. what do these mean? I'm pretty sure they have something to do with the rhythm of the song, but dont know exactly how it works. Thanks for your help. Vivek
