You can probably connect your acoustic guitar to pc speakers using your computer or a guitar multi effects processor. But not directly.

Yes you can, but rest assured, sound qualit won't be too great...

You need a 6.35 to 3.5 jack converter or the other way round and an AUX cable..

    Something like this: http://i01.i.aliimg.com/img/pb/693/431/359/359431693_008.jpg

But for that you will also need a jack in your guitar or a cable coming out of your pickup...

I tried the same with my Seymour Duncan Woody Pickup, connected it to my BOSS ME-25 and then into an amp, didnt work.....
Tried hooking it up to my sound system, didnt work.

Reason --- These pickups requires to go through a preamp prior to getting connected to speakers of any sort. If you got a mixer that has a preamp, hook the guitar to the mixer, and then to the speakers, and that will work.
If your pickup system already has a preamp, it should work just fine....if not, get a preamp
