Help PHP or HTML?

    well i want to make my site slightly more interactive by adding a poll... but the program that my host provides for polls is Advanced Polls.... and like the pages have to be PHP pages to embed the poll in the page... but all my pages are HTML.... is there any point in changing them to php?.... is there any poll stuff i can use on html?... any links... any help?
