Hi , I'm planning to buy my first electric guitar + amp + guitar tuner ( I have never played guitar before ) My budget is 20k with guitar, amp and guitar tuner . I have been looking online and all i could find was Ibanez grg 170dxl . I intend to play nirvana and greenday kind of music . thank you
^^ all you could find was an ibanez grg 170dlx ?!? dude there are many many guitars out there in da market..... but anywaz , i wud recommend u to start of wid an acoustic cuz wid an electric , you're gonna get really confused at some point of time , a few tweaking of those knobs can change the whole sound of ur guitar ... hence creating problems wid ur ear training ....... but if u r stuck on buyin a electric guitar ...... then i think u should get urself an Ibanez 321 , shud cost u arnd 16K, nd a stranger 20W cube .... you wont need effects at beginning stage

hey , Thx for the reply . I don't want to buy an acoustic guitar because i feel that i will quit after few days with it . I heard that electric guitar is easier than acoustic . Can you elaborate about the knobs please ?
^ xtreme dude, Read this carefully, guitar is a guitar ...... strings , frets, tuning keys etc now, in acoustic guitar, u can easily focus on the ORIGINAL sound of a guitar in an electric, there is a tone knob (some have two of these) which adds a diff. feel to the sound ..... dun really know how to explain it ..... and plus there are pick ups, which also change the sound significantly ......... find out more on google You wont be commiting a sin by learning on an electric, it might just turn out to be pleasant for you......... but as it said - "Learn how to ride a bicycle before u hop on a sports bike"
