^What i mean to say is, having a special day where you can celebrate your love is well and good, that is truly nice. But it's all commercially driven, it's so maddenning. A girl in my chem lab says my boyfriend got me earrings, and another goes, well my boy got me a razr cellphone and so on. I'm like, wow, is that what this day's about? Candy, flowers, and gifts? A competition? Pathetic human beings.

    exactly.

But as always, there are exceptions.

Most good things in life are misused. Nothing new about that. The commercialisation would be the misuse here.

Attaboy dharmatma, you stole the words.

The hatret does nothign but displays the frustration.

And the same I feel about ppl who condemn couples hugging/necking/cuddling.
b.t.w. I realized that Indian Culture is openly GAY / Homos3xual. Two ppl of same gender getting intimate physically is never ever frowned upon, but two ppl of opposite gender ........ ?

    :annoyed:

Underneath the hilarity lies a bigger issue that Indians have no qualms about judging people based on zero fact.
