i dont really understand how to read that.. you know when u write B-1 0 etc do u mean the string B and your index finger as in 1. if you do, it doesnt quite make sence because i havent got a 5th or 7th finger. lol im kinda new to this site too so just tryina figure stuff out.

Freinds I have a verison of happy birthday that is played entirely on the 'C' scale. It might be more convenient as the fingers need to be there just on the C scale and no rapid movement on the fretboard required.

For convenience of representing, I will use the following alphabets for the following fret positions:


E--|--|--|--|--A--|--B--c---------

B--|--|--|--|--E--F--|--G---------

G--|--|--|--|--C--|--D--|---------

D----------------------------------

A----------------------------------

E----------------------------------

So when I say play C, it means play the 5th fret on the G String
and F means 6th fret on the B String. c means E string 8th fret etc.
The song goes like this:
