nope I never said it was to HC by the Eagles. I just posted a nice progression for practice. By the way, the E7 resolves downward to the fifth of a standard E chord in HC, if you're putting the melody inside the strumming part. Happy playin' to you, too...:nw:

not offended I'm not offended. Sometimes things sound differently in text, than if you had actually heard what I was saying. I was just trying to avoid a direct association with the song. Posting a progression is not illegal. Saying it goes with a certain song might be construed as a violation of copyright law, which I wouldn't do. Check out my chordplus freeware thread, if you get a chance.

Absolutely right. It's like showing McDowells soda Ad for the real thing. It was discussed here in another/more threads whether posting chords of songs are illegal. It seems illegal. Many sites have withdrwan chords for the time being. Some say this is Indian site so not bound by such rules. I am not still clear on that. Good to see u stick to copyright rules. I always wonder why people ask for or post chords/clues to HC song here. I still don't understand. It is discussed in hundreds of sites. But there is nothing wrong. Atleast some get a start from here.
