hey can anyone tell me where in delhi can i get my guitar recoloured with added graphics on its body and stuff like repainting it and all i have an Ibanez GIO black in colour and its full of scratches so i need new paint on it can anyone tell me where that can be done in delhi.,.... thnx dacooldude
Duno Where u cud do it in Delhi,As for doing it yourself, Get Everything off the Guitar, Strings, Neck,Pots, Bridge etc.......Sand the layer of paint upto the wood.Start painting as u desire upto the level of finish. Many tutorials available on da net, chek em out. P.S: Get a piece of plywood(a fairly big piece)try painting it and see if ur comfortable with it, if never painted before !
Go to bharat in lajpat nagar/rajouri gardens or to onstage and bhatia musicals. they should know someone who can do it for you
Go to a garage where they do custom graphics work for cars and stuff. After getting the paint off. You could get a base coat painted there, get some decals made according to your wishes, or anything really, after ur done being artistic, go get the clear coats done on it. Use PU (Poly Urethene) for the clearcoat. You might have to sand a li'l and buff yourself tho. Not too hard a job if u practice on a plank before.
i tried all man bharat i went yesterday they said they dont know about it and bhatia on that point of view sux big time
isnt there anyone who does it....like i just have to tell the designs and done... man this would be too much time consuming...im in 12th grade cant afford that much time.....of doin myself... well if its there a place anywhere in INDIA all over where there is a professional shop for this...ill go there.....but i dont wanna risk it myself cause im not that artistic.... anyways thnx for the replys ppl.... if u know a proper shop then please i beg u to tell
