that's simple, the things you will need for that 1: guitar (well....you need this isn't it) 2: computer (haha) 3: a guitar cable 4: sound card in your computer 5: speakers that's it ! now connect one end of the guitar cable to your guitar, the second end won't directly go into the mic input of your sound card, youwill need a converter for that or a cable which fits with guitar and computer are also available ready ! fine ! done with that, 50% work is over. be sure to connect your guitar's output to the "mic" input (usually red). now connect your speakers to the audio out of sound card (usually green). adjust your sound settings,i mean be sure that mic is not muted and make sure about the recording option, eneble mic there and enable audio output in playback option. that's it you are done !
