Hi! I am Ashley, originally from California. Since 2018, me & my father have been living in Pune, India. He is a software consultant. I play a Fender Strat bought in US. Earlier i used a Vox Amplug with it, which i lost while travelling. In 2018, i bought a Roland Cube Amp from Furtados Music store here.
Today i was playing my guitar, plugged into the Roland Cube. Electrical voltage fluctuated, evident from the flickering lights. I switched off the amp, when i became aware of it. An hour later, I switched on my Amp. But it did not power on. I checked the accompanying literature, to find that the Warranty period is over.
I am clueless whether the above-mentioned store offers repair service and i wanna know an approximate cost for it. If it will cost too much, I want to buy an Amp listed in a "limited time sale." So, please reply soon. Thanks.
