Try checking out India in google earth, it seem there has been an comprehensive update for India. New cities being added with higher resolution.
which cities they had super clear images of trombay, CST...Pune etc anyways. yea add delhi to the list too
chennai has a few high res images....tho these arent super high res, like the ones over delhi or pune or mumbai for that matter banglore has an update too, yes super highr es ones (eehh.....banglore looks congested) and i think hyderabad also got better images include kolkata and ahmedabad in the list too southdumdum looks scary :shock:
ok heres the list: chennai banglore kolkata nagpur bhopal surat vadodra lakhnau agra rajkot nashik kalyan vizag not all are super high res infact very few are super high res and yes more of the western suburbs of mumbai have been included (yay! )
yes, the new google coverage page shows that google maps now have high res photos of delhi (if geography doesnt decieve me, actually they havent mentioned the city, delhi is only my hunch) the interesting thing is, that according to that map, north of afghanistan has "more" high res photos on google maps than india+pakistan combined ... :S
