:help: Hey guys iv been thinking of buying an electro acoustic lately. My budget isnt that high so I've been searching for some local makes. Found the Indian Givson, fender and signature. I've been told they all are similar sounding. One difference i noticed is that the Givson had internal pickups and the Fender had one which was right underneath the strings. I've never played electro acoustics before so I dont know whether they sound good or not. Basically I want to play some effects while its plugged into my laptop apart from that acoustics are my favourite. So im sure U guys have some knowledge abt these makes and I'd really appreciate it if u would share some.
I would advise against internal or 'touch' pickups. magnetic pickups- the one underneath the strings are better. You can use it to tune ur guitar with a processor as it is not dependant on air vibration and gives a purer sound by far. Have used both so I thought I could be in a position to advise.
