the builiding, with the TVs ..there are 2 U's written in red.

 

I think the orange guy leaning on the buliding stands for AGENT ORANGE (hate that band). The two pink scissors stand for the scissor sisters. Guy with the radio on his shoulders- Radiohead. Those faries- The Pixies. Im guessing the chick standing next to the guy near the lampost- Jane's Addiction. I think the rest are covered.
