First electric guitar !!!

i'm plannin to buy an electric guitar i have chosen the following. this will be my first electric guitar.

i Wud personally prefer Cort EVL Series EVL-Z4 Les Paul Electric Guitar with EMG Pickups over ur option.

The guitar that you have chosen is superior to the one i have chosen in terms of
1) Flamed maple top
2) Pickup Switching Coil Tap Push Down

But I dont know how far the Coil Tap Push down would affect the tone. But i guess if u hav a decent processor and an Amp u can get any tone u need out of it. So its kinda an extra feature which u will hardly use. Correct me if i am wrong.

Moreover the one that i am showing u has EMG original P'ups and not Duncan Designed P'ups which i bet wud be really better.

Do play EVL-Z4 before u buy M600.

BY the way r u a Metal Head?

Also Duncan Designed pickups are excellent for clean Tones..

Whats ur budget for the Amp and processor ?

 

its around 5-7k..

 

but plz keep in mind that this is gonna be my first ever electric guitar..everythin within 25k is wat my target is.

 

A decent processor with an Amp wont fit in ur budget. U can buy the Roland Microcube Amplifier with COSM effects. A decent amp with lot of effects such as Phaser, Chorus, Flanger, Delay, Reverb. Its the best practice Amp. Will come below 6k.

U can fit in Digitech and Zoom processors in that budget...... But the low end digitech and Zoom Processors are really not worth it. Somehow they look like some Chinese toys...Better buy the Roland Amp and later save up more and get a High end Processor or keep collecting pedals over a period of time....

 

ok dude.. BTW wat if i go for an Ibanez 170DX with some good amps??? is it worth it.. heard rave reviews about this guitar.. it'll cost well within the budget..

 

A better option will be ibanez rg.

I have played on this Guitar. Its good.
Ibanez RGR-321EX. Will fit in ur Budget.
But my first choice wud definitely be EVL-Z4 Les Paul Electric Guitar in that price range.

 

yes .. but i'm gettin confused kinda.. i need to check whether these models are available in Bangalore or not.. will it be fine if i order online .. as i wanted to play before i buy.. for obvious reasons..

 

Dont order anything blindly before actually playing on it. U know why..... Ordering online is a good option but not preferred if u dont know or hav not played on that model before...

 

but i guess cort guitars are not available in Bangalore..i'm in big big trouble..

ya dude i asked them... they don't deal... wat to do? i think this guitar is the best for this pricing... and i like its look also.. both les paul EVL-Z4 and M600..
