favourite strumming patterns

U know , everytime i pick up my guitar i dont know y but my hand goed straight on G chord (maybe b'coz it is the first i learnt) and then dis is da strumming pattern i use
up down up . up up up .down up down up

("." means a lil space)

What r ur fav. strumming patterns?

Yep i know what u mean even for me whenever i pick up my guitar my fretting hand starts to go towards G9 Chord and i start strumming DDUUD
Then i go for my fav progression G9-C9-D
